Welcome inside again!
May 21st is just around the corner and that means reopening in the Ashtanga Yoga Shala! We look forward to opening our doors and welcoming you inside on a host of exciting courses and activities in the near future.
In connection with the reopening, the authorities have set a number of restrictions that we need your help to comply with, so that together we can ensure a good and safe reopening.
We give you an overview of the main points and the applicable precautions here.
The authorities require you to present a valid corona passport with your ID when participating in activities. This means that you must have been fully vaccinated, have received the first vaccination injection (at least 14 days ago), have passed infection or been tested negative within 72 hours.
The corona passport must be presented at each meeting. Even if you have been vaccinated, we must not store that information, and the corona passport must therefore be displayed every time.
Who should show coronapas?
All students over the age of 18 must present a corona passport. However, some are exempt due to age or physical or mental reasons. See the terms and the excluded population groups here.
Mouthpiece / visor
You must wear a bandage or visor when walking to and from class and moving around the Shala. You do not have to wear a bandage during the training itself, or when you change clothes, bathe or sit down.
It is now again possible to use our tools such as mats, as long as you spray the tools yourself before and after your own use. Alcohol and paper will be available in the Shala. If you are most comfortable with bringing your own tools to class, you are very welcome to do so.
The changing rooms must also be used. In addition, we will ask you to keep a good distance from the other students and spray the handle on the cupboard and bench for your own use.
Cleaning and hygiene
Of course, we comply with the authorities’ recommendations on cleaning and hygiene. It means that:
Thanks for your help
When participating in activities at the Ashtanga Yoga Shala, we ask you to follow the authorities’ general advice on preventing infection: Keep your distance, wash / alcohol hands, cough or sneeze into your sleeve, limit physical contact and stay home if you are ill.
In addition, we would ask you to pay attention to the following:
If you are in doubt about the precautions, you are of course welcome to contact us. You can also find more information on the Danish Health and Medicines Authority’s website, the Ministry of Culture’s website and coronasmitte.dk
We look forward to seeing you and hope that you will help, so that together we ensure a safe and good reopening.
