WHAT IS JEDI FIGHT CLUB TRAINING?
Created by Esak Garcia, Jedi Fight Club is an opportunity for yogis to step into a world of practice that has assisted numerous people in having a more complete and fulfilling experience of yoga. This unheated workshop is an opportunity to sample JFC style training, which is typically 7-14 days long. During our time together, we will learn and practice homework exercises designed to deepen yoga postures. No advanced skills are necessary, simply the desire to expand your yoga practice is enough! This style of training is designed to be therapeutic to the body, and is appropriate for all yogis, including those with physical limitations, injuries, or little yoga experience.
WHAT IS THE E84 CLASS?
The e84 class is a 90 minute class that uses the foundation of Bikram yoga to introduce new postures and develop additional yoga skills. It includes both flows and static holds. It is an accessible and fun class that focuses on teaching posture technique. No advanced skills are required.
ABOUT JASMINE NASH
Jasmine is a traveling Bikram teacher, a staff member of Esak Garcia’s e84 Training, a leader in the Jedi Fight Club community, a Pacati team member, and the 2019 Canadian National Champion. Her classes are an inspiring and playful way to illuminate the next steps in your practice.
Participants will have the chance to enjoy refreshments (included!) and ask any final questions during an informal Q&A session after the event.
